SeVeN Holiday Home is a spacious family house in Tribanj-Kozjača, near Starigrad, with direct access to the sea. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, while the large living room and fully equipped kitchen make it well suited to a longer family stay.

Air conditioning, a balcony and a sea-view terrace keep the house comfortable at any time of day. The sea is right in front of the house, Kozjača beach is a 5-minute walk away, and Paklenica National Park is 9 km inland.

Guests consistently highlight the quiet, the privacy and the space — a good fit for larger families who want the sea, the mountains and a place of their own.

The house works just as well as a base for hikers — the entrance to Paklenica National Park is only an 8-minute drive away, and the park itself has around 150 km of marked hiking trails for every level. An easy, family-friendly route through the Velika Paklenica canyon passes the old Paklenica watermills on its way to Anića Kuk (712 m), one of Croatia's best-known climbing walls, while a slightly harder trail continues up to the Manita Peć cave at 570 m, visited with a park ranger guide.

More experienced hikers can carry on past the Paklenica mountain hut (about 2 hours' walk from the entrance) toward Vaganski Vrh (1,757 m) — the highest peak of Mount Velebit, with views over the central Adriatic; it's a full-day climb that calls for good fitness and proper hiking gear. Spring and early autumn are the most pleasant seasons for hiking, while summer is best kept for the sea, with trails saved for cooler mornings or evenings.
