SeVeN Holiday Home is a spacious family house near Starigrad Paklenica, with direct access to the sea. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, while the large living room and fully equipped kitchen make it well suited to a longer family stay.
Air conditioning, a balcony and a sea-view terrace keep the house comfortable at any time of day. The sea is right in front of the house, and Paklenica National Park is 9 km inland.

The house works just as well as a base for hikers — the entrance to Paklenica National Park is only an 8-minute drive away, and the park itself has around 150 km of marked hiking trails for every level. An easy, family-friendly route through the Velika Paklenica canyon passes the old Paklenica watermills on its way to Anića Kuk (712 m), one of Croatia's best-known climbing walls, while a slightly harder trail continues up to the Manita Peć cave at 570 m, visited with a park ranger guide.
More experienced hikers can carry on past the Paklenica mountain hut (about 2 hours' walk from the entrance) toward Vaganski Vrh (1,757 m) — the highest peak of Mount Velebit, with views over the central Adriatic; it's a full-day climb that calls for good fitness and proper hiking gear. Spring and early autumn are the most pleasant seasons for hiking, while summer is best kept for the sea, with trails saved for cooler mornings or evenings.
The shore in front of the house
The sea is a few metres from the terrace. The shore in front of the house is concrete, and you step straight into the water from the edge.
No public road leads down to the shore, so it is mostly used by guests of the house and their party, with the occasional passer-by.
The entry is not shallow. Depending on the tide, the depth at the edge starts at roughly knee height and drops away, so you are swimming almost straight away. Children take to it happily and spend the whole day in the water, with the usual supervision.

The Velika Paklenica entrance is about an 8-minute drive away. The park has around 150 km of marked trails, from an easy family walk through the canyon to a full-day climb to Vaganski Vrh. Check the park's official site for current ticket prices and opening hours.
Do we need a car?
We recommend one. You won't need it for the house or the sea, but for Paklenica, the shops in Starigrad and trips along the coast a car is far more practical than public transport. Zadar Airport is 47 km away.
What about parking?
Parking is free and right by the house. No reservation needed.
Are pets welcome?
Small pets are welcome with prior notice. Just tell us the type and size when you book.
What is the internet like?
The house has WiFi via Starlink, which on this stretch of coast below Velebit means a stable connection independent of the mobile network — good enough for video calls and remote work, so the house works outside the summer season too.
Can we book directly with the host?
Yes. For guests who prefer a more personal touch and direct contact with the owner, this is the quickest way — email, WhatsApp or call us, we reply the same day, in English, German or Croatian.
Can we host a party or celebration?
No. SeVeN is a quiet family home inside the protected Velebit Nature Park, so parties, celebrations (e.g. stag or hen parties, birthday parties) and loud gatherings are not allowed. Thank you for understanding — that is exactly why all you hear here is the sea.

How to find us
By car
From Zagreb, take the A1 motorway to the Rovanjska interchange (formerly named Maslenica) — the first exit after the Sveti Rok tunnel. From there follow the D8 coastal road north, through Seline and Starigrad Paklenica, to Tribanj-Kozjača — the house is right on the road.

By air
Zadar Airport is 47 km away, about a 40-minute drive. We recommend renting a car at the airport. Let us know if you'd like us to arrange a transfer.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. We meet you in person and hand over the keys. If you're arriving later, just tell us — we'll work it out.
